Striker Capital, LLC (and its affiliates, collectively “Striker Capital”) is a privately held real estate investment firm based in Southern California. Our primary focus is value-add multifamily real estate and our strategy is centered on the acquisition, recapitalization, repositioning, or renovation of select opportunities in high-growth, secondary and tertiary markets in Western United States.
Striker Capital’s strategy is to pursue properties that require capital improvements and improved management to unlock their upside potential. We are committed to target markets in the Western U.S. that exhibit strong fundamentals such as population growth, job growth, increasing rental trends, attractive lifestyle features, supply constraints, supportive state governments, a healthy regional economic climate, and a local commitment to infrastructure and economic development. Assets are purchased with below-market rents and are brought up to market once capital improvements are completed, so as to not rely solely on market rent growth. We work tirelessly to source mis-managed opportunities that are privately held by 'mom and pop' motivated sellers, who leave significant opportunity for repositioning and strong upside potential. This is done off-market either directly with the sellers, or through our broker relationships which are paramount to our success. We also partner with best-in-class construction teams, property management companies, and local vendors in each market to improve property infrastructure and operations, with the objective to maximize our risk-adjusted returns. Striker Capital’s diligently executed strategy results in stable, high yield passive cash flow and long term capital appreciation. We target overall returns of 10-17% and target dividends of 6-12% annually. The hold period is typically 3-7 years.

Striker Capital was established in coastal Southern California, by veteran real estate investor and Managing Partner, Brian Mollo. In the most basic sense, Striker Capital is a value investor focused on identifying under-performing properties. We feel private real estate is the most appealing of all investment asset classes due to some of its unique qualities: steady income and attractive overall returns, diversification, low correlation to the stock market, its potential as an inflation hedge, and its tax advantages. We invest on our own account and in partnership with high-net worth individuals, family offices, and RIA’s.
